Crappy iPod touch pics, but updated ones at least. Little Juno came to us in the fall. Friends had found her wandering around on their street. They called me the day after they found her because she wasn't eating (they gave her apples, they didn't know). She weighed in at a whopping 13 oz. The poor girl was skin and bones and smelled AWFUL. I don't want to know what kind of home she came from. She was alert but pretty lethargic. The vet gave her a clean bill of health (no parasites, no injuries). After a good nail trim, and about 4 months of raw feeding she's now a "hefty" 1lb 7oz. I say hefty because little girl has some junk in the trunk! She's still a small fert and has become the holy terror of the house. Once she got her energy back (took a couple of days) she hasn't looked back. Her fur is the thickest, softest fur I've ever felt and she smells so good. I love that corn chip, naturally fed fert smell! And without further ado, here she is! And because Asher and now Juno have had recent pics, here are some of Loki so he doesn't feel left out... I love his bib! Sweet sweet face.

Great work. Isn't wonderful when they start showing their potential. I've got a little one who weighs in at a whopping 14 oz and she's in full winter flub. She's a tiny wee thing, even for a marshals ciao

Jennifer - you aren't kiddin! Now that I know there's a breeder in NM I'm having to REALLY be strong. Now isn't the time for another fuzz (or so I keep telling myself).
Heather - yes it is wonderful to see her all fat and happy. And SPUNKY! She's a little hell raiser! Takes on both my boys (who are 2lb 3oz and 3lbs) at the same time without hesitation.

Juno! What a perfect name for her. Goddess and wife of Jupiter! If you take in a boy maybe that would be a good name. She's so pretty!

Katt, evil evil evil justification! And once I get 4, why not 5? or 6? No, I think I'll stay at 3. It's my favorite number and realistically I couldn't afford another one (in terms of vet savings, not cost of feeding/price of adoption etc). That being said, I am considering getting a garter snake, a skink, or a gecko. There really is no hope for my husband; I don't think he took me seriously when I said I wanted my own zoo.
