I'd only do one level at a time for 3-4 days. That way, they are less likely to start making messes again.

I need litterbox boot camp for outside of the cage >,< rarely have problems inside but for some reason my guys are getting worse about using their boxes outside...grrr

Mine get like that as well. Not a clue why. About all you can do there is keep an eye out for butts straying from the papers/box  |
