Before you pointed it out, I kept thinking "man you can really see the difference between Koda and Kenai's fur". Can't wait to see your new little one with a glossy coat. Oh, and I love zombie fert pic. He has monster feet omg!

They are getting along great! They have been in the same cage for a few days now. Last night I opened up the top level of the FN again (If I see ONE accident it will be back to bottom level only for them! ). Anyways, I opened up the top and put them in there and got ready for bed. When I came back, despite having the entire cage (with tons of hammies and sleepy places up top), they were both on the bottom level, snuggled into the blanket - together! Kenai is growing like a weed too! In only a week he has over doubled in size - no exaggeration! He is now nearly as big as Koda where on the first night, he was this teeny tiny bag of bones and scraggly fur that fit in one hand (well, one of Shane's hands lol he spilled over my hand a little ). He is super cute and his personality is starting to come out a little more. There is still the occasional dominance struggle, but overall they get along great. And the best news?! (So far anyways) It worked! Koda has been into far less trouble since we got a baby. (Now watch, I will have jinxed myself... ). We still have to keep a close eye (and ear) out, but he spends enough time romping with Kenai that he is much more well behaved - for the most part - and he is snugglier too.

I'm so glad that you're starting to see some positive light at the end of the tunnel Was getting worried Thinking that we might just have to rescue Kenai as he was just "not" working out Oh, well.....we will just have to wait for someone else to adopt a baby and steal it....hmmm.....I mean rescue it ciao
