My real name is Lynna (pronounced like lean-ah or lena). My name gets butchered all the time due to the spelling. The stories as to how I got it are conflicting. My mom says she named me after a korean actor but my dad says she wanted my middle name as my first and he named me after a friend or something.  No matter how I got it I like it since not many people have it. Sometimes I just go by LC on boards. My middle name is Christine. That's my middle name too. |

I have been using reedgirl as my sign eversince I got my first email account 10 years ago. I lived in a co-op on campus at the time name Reed Lodge. It was a girls dormatory. Thus--reedgirl. A lot of sign-ons already had reedgirl taken so I added the 20, my age at the time. Of course my real name is Christy.

I am an artist...a paper artist. Paper is my favorite medium and paper filigree is my favorite technique. Quilling is the common name for paper filigree and "Quill" is short for quilling. My real name is Trina and, like others here, I hated it growing up because it used to be so uncommon. I was in High School before meeting another Trina. As a child I used to get so mad because people would ask me what my 'real' name is. No, not Teresa or Tina... No, not short for Christina or Katrina...just Trina. |

I'm John and my store is called Stinkweasels Well Derrrrr. Just picking on you. When my cousin wants to get my attention or make me mad she calls me Kathy. Sometimes my sister calls me Katrina, my dad has called me Katalyna and my mom has called me Kathreen. My cousins don't know how to spell my name (even though they are 13 and 14) so in emails they call me kathrin.  The possibilities are endless I guess. I like this thread. I don't think I've ever used my REAL name online because I dislike it so much. It was just way too popular. I started joining forums and chats at a pretty young age and was already trying to change my name to what I realized was just as common.. Alex. Sooo Dresden was born several years ago and its almost perfect, my first name is supposed to have 3 syllables though. ah well. Velvetfuzzbutt - I was "fuzzbuttbuddy" for years and decided to change it to velvetfuzzbutt in 2004/2005? several reasons, including I have my super soft teencie, but the "velvetine rabbit" is one. |

I've always hated my name growing up, no one could spell it or pronounce it right and would make fun of me. I started going by Mo in 2000 because I moved here, to AZ from IL, about then and no one could remember my name or pronounce it right so I just told everyone to call me Mo.
My username: kilasxxrattery is from my rattery name Ki-la's (pronounce Key-La) Rattery.

Razzlette came from a dragon that I collect. I have had this name for ever and use it for everything. Some of my friends call me Razzie. When I played FFXI that was may name on there too.
Real name is Stacy. I like it and its not to hard to remember.

Well CharmantPapillon is the name of a song i sang in highschool its french for charming butterfly and i like it =x My real name is Katherine (Hah ketlin i feel your pain) And for the LONGEST time i was called katie. I go by kate now and My highschool nick name was kit kat (short for kitty cat) because i was grumpy one day and somene touched me (i was a weird kid) and i hissed at them XD so Im now kit kat and it stuck with me ><
