A bit unsure about which category to put this, but basically? Hiko had his first completely raw meal today (no kibble dust, nothing but boneless turkey thigh meat and crushed eggshell bits). He didn't even hesitate \o/ Just two days, what a smart little fert he is! Next? Getting some bone in (relatively easy, since I'm getting him used to the texture of ground bone, meat and organ first, and then moving on to RMBs). Aaaand ... a picture, of course!

Congratulations!!! Good for you Hiro Good first bone to try is chicken wing tips. Easy to chew, and gets them used to the idea of eating it. And don't forget- they have to actually build up some jaw strength to really be able to tackle them well.
