Could be the switch to raw and her body hasn't quite figured out how to handle it. Could be her system is more sensitive. Could be she has early stage IBD. The pumpkin should help. If it continues though I think a vet visit would be a good idea.

Okay. I've added some kefir to her portion. (how much??) and still a bit more pumpkin in hers. She has been eating good, almost 2oz this morning. and poops good still (crossing fingers) The poops came after a serving of just soup, as i was hoping that would help with the weight. So I thought it might have been from that, so gave her some soup last night, and no runny poops. (not that i wanted runny but it would be nice to know what is causing it lol) Zeke is toning down some. Noticed the last few days that he's faster when he runs, and he actually has some space between the floor and his belly Th scale still reads he's gone up (3.14 though I'm not so sure how accurate my scale is last week he read at 4.04) so thinking he must be toning. the main difference I think it he now has access to the stairs and any time ANYONE goes up them he's right there, he loves to be under foot! lol

I would try just a little bit of the kefir 1/2 - 1 tsp once a day or break that up however it works. We'll see what happens.
I'm STILL waiting for my Katrinka to get toned! She came to us nearly starved to death, weighing 1 lb 12 oz (she has a big frame. she was skin and bones at that weight.) a year ago. Now she's a "fluffy" 2 lbs 8 oz. I keep thinking that she'll lean out this spring. I'm sure her body isn't sure when the next famine might hit and just won't let go of the weight that easily. We'll see.

Poops have been good for all. Sadie and neka getting extra pumpkin (neka cause he ate an ear plug and didn't notice till a red piece showed up in his stool! Sadie's are a bit looser then the others but good colour and mostly formed. Going to keep up the kefir and pumpkin with her a while longer.... i guess till the stool balances? Trix is .... having issues going to the bathroom. groaning lots with I believe urine (hard to say as I've not caught her only having a bowel movement). So I think my instincts were right it's time.

The boys are doing well at eating anything i give them, including small bones. Though I think the mix i bought has bones that are too big, or too hard for them to chew right. I've found one that is designed for cats and think i'll switch to that. Zeke has had one bone stuck on his tooth, and two swallowing the bone before chewing enough and sound like he's gagging. SO no more for them of that, though i'm glad they are actually eating bone. Still no takers on the chicken wings. sadie eating better, poops holding, though interesting colour (light and dark in same stool, and seems she has more stools then the boys?) good form to them.

Can you get quail anywhere? My ferrets adore quail and the bones are the perfect size for them to crunch. If not quail, pheasant, squab or even a cornish hen instead of a chicken? Could also try chicken ribs instead of the wings. They're easier to deal with.

Sorry I got on here last night, then got kicked off and couldn't get back on. I have seen quail and cornish hens around. I'll see what I can find while out grocery shopping today.

If it's in your budget, I think it's worth a try. Especially if their jaws haven't developed the strength to get through the larger animal bones.
I bought frog legs for my critters before. I thought the ferts would like them, but no. Cats thought they were great though.

HI
It`s been a stressful weekend. on a good note Neka ate a whole chicken thigh, it was chopped up so the bone was exposed and it went to town on it.
Now Sunday morning there was LOTS of runny poop everywhere on the litter level. Was not sure who. Gave pumpkin, and more kefir to all. today, more everywhere, though less in amounts. I made an appointment for Zeke today, mostly cause he`s been extra sleepy and was pretty sure it was his poop, that with the weight loss, i just want to get it checked out. His face looks.... drawn, weary if that makes sense. However i separated them today and found that for sure it is BOTH Zeke and Sadie, so i`m going to bring her to the vet too, sneak her in the same visit. their appetites (except neka) have been down, and only eating if I really force the issue (very unusual for Zeke).
I`ll let you know. Could this just be stress poop from losing Trixie?

The vet didn't find anything obviously wrong, still waiting on stool sample results. I started them on antibiotics as Sadie is having HUGE runny poops.
How should I or should I change what they are eating while sick?

It definitely could be stress from losing Trixie. Sometimes they don't show their affections for other members of the business, but regardless it's a big change for all of them.
For the two that aren't doing well I would be tempted to not push the issue and give them their favorite meals for a week or so.
Yay Neka!

They got just broth last night, via syringe. Today I offered some soup with pumpkin and kefir. They ate a bit. I also left broth in the cage, they drank some of that. Sadie went to the soup bowl on her own, so her appetite must be picking up. No runny poop today (no poops yet . ). Neka is a little more tired today, watching him closely hoping he's not picking up what they have. I had to separate them at night. I put a litter box and bed on one level for zeke and sadie to avoid accidents (which worked) But neka can't be trusted with that LOL He just made a mess, litter kicked everywhere, including covering sleeping zeke in litter. OY So he got the bottom cage to himself last night.

I feel like I will have to start over again with Sadie and Zeke, once they are feeling beter. They are getting a mixture of soup, pumpkin and 1/4 tsp of kefir. I keep offering them what neka is eating (what they were eating as of last friday) and they refuse. poops are better, but not 100% and it's zeke's that are taking longer to get better. They are still very sleepy, though zeke is having spurts of energy today.
