Yeah. Mr. Bean has no competition, so he's in no rush to eat. He just puts it somewhere "safe" until he's good and ready.

If his activity level is good and his waste output is fine, I wouldn't worry about it. Once they go raw they kind of lean out a bit before they start packing on the muscle. I'm sure he's getting more exercise now than he did while on kibble and his body is going to take a bit to even out.
If it seems like things are moving through his system too quickly, adding some pumpkin to his soups will help slow things down so he can absorb more nutrients.

Oh. And he may just like his meats aged a bit. Do you warm his meat before offering it or is it straight out of the fridge? He may like it room temp. You can warm it by putting it in a small bowl and then putting that bowl in a larger bowl of warm-hot water.

hmm I'll try that. I usually let it sit for 30 mins out of the fridge before giving it to him but I'll try warming it a little and see if he likes it that way.

That looks great! If he's happy with that we should be able to increase the size of the chunks pretty easily. Maybe start by having one bigger chunk in with the rest and see if he eats it or leaves it.
