The little beast has a name now. Remulos or Remy for short. My bf's housemates found a kitten of around the same age in the center divider of the freeway yesterday. The vet said she was probably thrown out of a moving car. Some of her front nails were broken to the point of bleeding and her face and mouth had some cuts. Poor little thing was terrified. She went from the middle of the freeway to a house with a two year old. I don't know which is worse Anyway, bf decided to call her Lilliandra or Lilly for short. You have to be a WoW lore nerd to get the reference but Remulos and Lilliandra are connected which we thought was fun. I'll get a picture of her next time I'm over there.

Poor wee thing. Hopefully, the 2yr old is either gentle or taught that baby kitties are not to be mauled. How can people be so cruel ciao

Remy is so cute!!! And great idea teaching him what to eat right off the bat. I don't get people, either. How could one be so cruel as to toss a living creature out of a moving car in the first place, let alone a busy highway Here's hoping the little girl understands she's safe and loved.

Yeah it's a miracle she survived to be saved. She has scratched the two year old a couple times and he retaliated by hitting her on the head. But on the plus side he's less interested in her now that he knows she has claws. Bf has been taking care of her for the most part and she's attached herself to him. House mates tried to keep her upstairs with them last night but she kept trying to get back down to the bf so finally they let her sleep in his room. She's still scared of everyone else in the house. You probably lose some faith in humans after they chuck you out of their car

That too. His parents don't seem to quite grasp that the cat isn't a toy for their child. I mean at least they stopped and picked her up but I don't think they understand what taking care of an animal involves. Luckily the bf is living there to help out. I gave them a cat box/litter and some good canned food to get them started. Of course I'd love if they fed raw but I know that's not going to happen so had to go with the next best thing.

Unless she scratches the kid again, and they decide since she's already bonded with the bf, they'll give her to him Sorry- I've always preferrred my kids four legged and furry

Same lol. I can only hope they decide it's not the right time in their life for a pet. They also have a 6 month old so even after the two year old grows up a bit, the cat will have another kid to deal with
