Can you be more specific? Are we talking significantly less? Moderately less? Do you think there is one ferret not eating? Do you witness everyone eating each day? Has anything changed? Food, preparation, environment, temperature, playtime? Please give me more information so I can help you figure things out.

They are eating maybe about 2 oz less. I see them all eat every time I feed them. I made new soup but I made it the same way. They were eating it for a couple of days and then started eating less. Nothing else has changed. None of them have lost weight.

I just hand fed them and they ate a good amount. Rena ate a lot of big chunks.

Okay. A lot of times it seems like ferrets will eat like crazy for a couple of days and then the next day or two, not so much. My ferrets are eating quite a bit less than they did a month or so ago when they were packing on their winter weight. Just keep an eye out that everyone is eating and no one is getting skinny.

They have still been eating less but they are not losing any weight. So did they just eat a lot to gain winter weight and now they are done gaining weight so they dont have to eat as much?

It could be. Can you estimate how much each one is eating?

I have no idea. I will start to weigh their meals.

So today they ate 8 oz so far. They have been eating everything I give them. They have their appetites back.

Are you keeping a journal of what they're eating?

What do you mean? Like how much they are eating? But no I do not have a journal.
