Guaranteed it's because of the duck heart. It's a much stronger flavour than chicken, and they're protesting. I really would alternate with the chicken as well, since that will get them used to two flavours.

We finished the last of the duck heart soup today, bad news is they still need to be scruffed and really dont want to swallow this stuff at all. We are going to make chicken soup tomorrow and see if that helps as they were doing much better when eating chicken.
Do you have any other suggestions? We have also tried whole pieces and breading it with there food here and there just to see what they would do and they will eat around it or move it out of the food bowl and place it in the litter pan. My husband thought that was hilarious.

Until they are eating the puree willingly, stick with that. Once they start to enjoy it, start adding tiny pieces the size of ground, just a few, so they can just swallow it without chewing. That can come later. When you start adding more variety, try to stick with the blander ones, like turkey, pork, chicken for the mean time. You can also introduce by adding a wee bit in the puree they are getting.
