I have a four year old that has decided he wants to eat raw meat. I have two more that are following him.
Here is what I do. I pickup the following meat at the market.
Chicken legs/wings Chicken gillards and hearts Turkey breast Pork loin chunks Beet stew meat....not big on this meat venison - when in season
What about lamb?
They do get salmon oil.
food is washed and divided up into small baggies and store in the refrig. They get mixed of meat, when fed.
Here comes questions:
They get mixed of meat, when fed. Is this ok? What other types of meat can I add to the menu? What type of supplement, should I add and how much?
I have other ferrets in my home that are on kibbles. They do have access to kibbles inside and outside the cage.
They get raw twice a day AM/PM.
Thanks for your help.

From what I've learned here, it's VERY important that there is enough taurine in their diet. Beef hearts, I've heard, are good sources, also organs from poultry such as Cornish game hens, and the like. (I've also heard turkey and chicken necks are great for tug of war )

Heart of any kind should be included in their diet, especially if they aren't eating much kibble. You've got a good variety there, but the main idea for balance is bone in meats 4 days a week, muscle meats 2 days a week, organ one meal a week, and the other meal whatever you like. Bone in meats are any animal chicken sized or smaller, like, obviously, chicken, also cornish game hen, rabbit, turkey necks, most tail meats, duck, fish(no more than once a week, and the smaller the better), whole prey. Muscle meats- any meat at all, except treated ones, like ham, bacon, sausage, etc. Organ meats are liver, lung, brain, thymus, etc. Heart is muscle meat, so is gizzard. As for mixing the meat, if you know for sure that none of your ferrets have any sensitivities to any meat, feel free. If you are just introducing them, just give one at a time for about a week to be sure. For supplements, you can use salmon oil, small marine fish oil, and taurine. They really shouldn't need any other type of supplement. I hive heart meat at least once a week, so I don't worry about taurine supplementation.
