Switching the furkids back to raw is going really well for the most part! Chunks were going over really well, so I decided to try chicken wings yesterday. At first they wouldn't touch them, so I cut them into segments and they stashed a few, but wouldn't even gnaw the meat off the bone, let alone touch the bones in the middle. However, outside of the cage, they'll chew the meat off of them and even chew on the bones a little. It seems like outside of the cage it's a game of keep-away to see who can hang onto the wing the longest. I've tried making it game inside the cage, dangling the wings, playing tug-of-war with them, but all they do is stash them and let them be. Nobody wants to eat them while they're in the cage and I don't have anywhere that I can let them eat a bunch of raw chicken outside of the cage all the time. Any advice? UPDATE 4/27: They're eating bones! I tried CGH instead of wings and cut it into small segments and woke up to half-eaten bones this morning. Woohoo!
