I just thought I'd share this since it gave me a laugh... We're switching back to a raw diet after going back onto kibble for two months and both soups and chunks of chicken are being taken with varied success. Everyone's eating both some of the time, other times they get stubborn and pushy, waiting to see if I'll give their kibble back. Well, last night I had to stay with a friend and left them kibble overnight, figuring they'd be ecstatic at having it back and I wouldn't worry about them going hungry since I was in a rush and didn't have any soup to give them. They had stashed chicken in a corner of their cage earlier in the day, but most of it had gone uneaten all day long, and I was in a rush so I didn't clean it out. I came home this morning and the little brats had THROWN KIBBLE ALL OVER THE CAGE. It appears that they didn't eat any of it. The chicken, however, is nearly gone. They can't seem to make up their minds! LOL

They actually know what's good for them and can't understand why the kibbles doesn't make them feel as good as the stinky chicken Tiny ferret tantrum time ciao

Oh- I know that feeling all too well When I was initially switching mine, i'd forgotten to defrost some soup one time, so I carefully nuked it, 20 sec's at a time. The last 20 sec's was obviously a bit too much, since some of it cooked. Not ONE of the brats would touch it, even though they'd been ignoring raw given their choice prior to this
