And I'll bet doggie is one very happy dog I'm glad they are doing so very well, so quickly! What do they think of liver? Or have they tried it yet?

I've mixed in a little liver with the rest of their food but i think they may find it too strong tasting. Tried feeding them a little off my finger but no takers yet.. >

Don't worry. I had to make liver into a soup and spoon feed for almost a year before the little brats took it willingly Others will take it easier than that.

Threw in some wing segments today expecting to have to chunk them up a bit. Nope They're gnawing right off the bone. Still no takers on the liver though. Haha. oh well. They're doing waaaay better than I expected so I'll be happy with that for now.

Haha, Put two drops of tone in with the liver soup and a third of it's gone already. I made it out of one liver only though. There's no meat on the two wings I put in there so I'm going to throw in another one before bed. I sliced up some pork and surprisingly Weasel ate it with no problems. Considering he was my hold back I'd call that pretty sucessful. The other two need a little bit more convincing but I am pretty positive they'll eat it eventually. ^_^ I'm also getting them used to the idea of a feed box. I put a small cat carrier in their cage and make sure to put any meat they drag out back in. They've started eating in that now Woo hoo! My three guys are making me so proud <3 I'm going to try to find a butcher next to see if I can get any interesting pieces of meat. Sooooo exciting!

Thanks The new one is sending me for a loop at the moment. He'll eat soup just fine but refuses any sort of (Even itty bitty) chunky things in his soup. I thought the youger ones were supposed to be easier to transition

Sometimes. I picked up an 8 month old who(I thought!) was doing really well on raw. Even caught her chowing down on bones. Then one day- she stopped. Simple as that. Flatly refused to touch it any more. No idea why. Long and short of it- we had to start all over again She's now at a point(a month later) where she'll eat some small raw bits during the day, and is now getting reconstituted freeze dried at night, half and half with raw bits. Weird little creature

He doesn't like chunked up chicken but he absolutely adores live mice... go figure

Have you tried him with different meats? He might just not be fond of chicken. Some aren't.

I threw in a chicken wing just for giggles and Tea grabbed it, ran away, and started hissing at the others profusely... He only ate the tip and then lost interest but better than nothing
