hi from raw ferret newbie

Hello,

My name is Amanda and I live in Oklahoma City with my husband, 6 raw fed cats and 4 soon to be raw fed ferrets. My cats are doing great with their diet of raw meat, bones and organs, and I'd love to get my ferretsies switched over as well. Hoping to get a little guidance from the collective wisdom on this forum!

Hi and welcome to the forum Amanda.
Switching ferrets isn't much different than changing cats to a natural diet, maybe a little easier. Check out our nutritional section, there are some fantastic hints and threads going on there. If you're more into the one on one thing check out our mentoring program. All you have to do is fill out the questionaire and a mentor will be assigned to you as soon as an opening comes available. Everyone's friendly so feel free to go ahead and ask some questions.

Hi and welcome to the forum! 6 cats switched? Wow! I finally gave up with 3 of mine after a year, 1 going anorexic(twice!), and one vomiting it all the time. One is(semi) on raw.
Nine ferrets? That's another story. They were a cinch compared to the cats I'm looking forward to seeing you around, and please feel free to join in, ask questions, etc.
