The only pic I have of Koda is the one in my banner, but I came across these of F & G eating a small chicken, so I thought I'd share!! (I have about 80 million pics of them, LOL - makes it hard to figure out what to post!) Sleeping above the feathery mess afterwards, LOL This is a video I made for my sisinlaw of her ferret wardancing at my house - I used to ferret sit them a lot. ok, either embedding isn't allowed, or I'm doing something wrong. Anyhow, click it and you can see it...

LOL! OMG! I love the last pic "Sleeping above the feathery mess!!!!" He's just passed out and the feathers are everywhere! Too cute!
BTW- Im not sure about that though. What is embedding again? When you view the movie within the actual post instead of getting a pop up?

Thanks! He used to sleep in the weirdest positions, LOL. I'm told that Koda does the same thing, so we'll see!
Yes, that's exactly what embedding is. In photobucket they have the html code all made up for it when you have a video, but it wouldn't work. I can play with it again sometime, when I have time, and see if maybe I can figure out what happened....

Thanks. I think it was a little easier losing him when I did, since I hadn't seen him in a couple months. I'll really miss him, there's always something special about the "firsts", ya know? But I'm really excited about meeting Koda, and just having the fuzzies back in my life in general. I miss their chaotic craziness! LOL
From what my aunt says, Fender has adjusted just fine, and her and Koda are good buds now! I just wish she'd send me the pictures and videos she's taken!

That picture sleeping above the feathers is HILARIOUS! What a cutie pie. They seem to like gnawing on that chicken foot. Hmm-chicken's foot. Do you think they do the voo doo at night while you're asleep??

OH shoot, I should have put this under a different heading. Would you move it to it's own thread?
I KNOW! Don't you mean it looks like Hannah ATE a football? LOL
Athalia is one of the DMK rescues. She's a ham!

Thanks, Pingford. I usually put their food in the cage still frozen, so they always chewed the feet (and tails on mice and rats) off first

HACK That's, umm... heehee I've never seen an actual bird being eaten by ferrets lol...
I guess I'm used to seeing (and hearing.. eww) 4-inch (not including tail!) mice being eaten, lol. No big birds over here. ;D

It actually was only about a week old chick, not too big, but I guess good sized when compared the the fuzzies. It was a most-of-the-day meal, specially when put in there frozen. I hope I can get a hold of the chick I used to get them from when I go back to Texas! I only paid $1/ea for them...
