Its been two months since I have lived in chicago and I am still jobless struggling to keep up with my credit and life. My ferrets are being effected greatly. They get very little time outside of their cage due to my parents not likeing them and me no longer being able to give them the proper time they deserve. I knew getting a divorce was going to be tough, but I didn't expect to be jobless this long. It breaks my heart to post this but I need to find them a new home . I love them so much, but can no longer keep them. They include their cage, playpen, bedding, and everything else I have. I will not seperate them. They are indeed bonded. They eat raw, whole prey, and freeze dried meats. Both boys are extremely healthy. Hocus does nip, but he's learning. Pocus is probably the sweetest guy ever, but will "play" nip when he gets excited. I am currently in Chicago so if you know anyone who wants a beautiful pair of boys please let me know.

Oh, Meli, I am so sorry! I hate that this has happened! I will keep my eyes and ears open for you....maybe the tides will turn this week! I'll be keeping you in my thoughts! .....maybe someone could "babysit" them for a while until you get back on your feet??? Just a thought.

My plans for the next few months include me getting on my feet to move out of chicago and IL entirely. So this rehoming would be a permanet move sadly

i have to finish my big cage get t in my room and prove to surrogat father that i can keep the smell down (beasts cage is really hard to clean right now and smells a bit cause i have to take the WHOLE ting apart to clean it) before i can even think of asking him for more ferrets so it might be a few weeks.

Okay thats cool. I can keep them til the spring, but its then that I make my big move. I don't want to give them up to just anyone so if waiting is required then so be it.

Oh no Meli! I am so sorry its come to this. Having been forced to rehome some of my ferrets in the past, I know firsthand how painful it can be. I really hope things work out and that charmantpapillon would be able to take them. That would be wonderful. Keeping fingers crossed!
