That's a good idea! I really should buy in bulk, hahaha. Well, the car is back on Monday so...I can get some chicken then.
I have a feeling, Bonsai is going to need baby baby steps...

I am SO sorry! My computer caught a virus all of a sudden and it took forever to get it fixed! *shakes fist angrily at computer* But I'm here now!
As for updates, yes! I mixed ground chicken into Bonsai's kibble(I wet the kibble like you suggested) last night and so far she's eaten half! (Although I had to force feed her at first to get her to try it)
On another note, how long is it ok to leave out meat? Because I usually feed once a day and she eats almost all of it. but that was with kibble, how is it with meat?
Again I am so sorry about the delay!

oh thats fine! I was just making sure u were still there! .....I know what its like with computer trouble and viruses, which is why I got a mac so I dont have to do or worry about anything when it comes to viruses anymore ( I got a virus on a new laptop and within 2 months it was totaled by the virus...it wouldnt turn on and the hard drive was burned out ) so believe me I know exactly what your going through!!!! Thats great she ate it! Yea you have to "force" them to taste anything new to tell them "yea I know its good once I shove it in your face and you lick your lips!" lol Soon enough you can begin to add in more ground and less kibble. Im going to get the "time chart" for leaving out meat and such and Ill post it right after this...I gotta go find it (I wanna give you the exact times, since I just do it by whatever timing I have gotten use to)

Haha, Yeah. I've been saving up for a mac, viruses LOVE my computer.
Yeah, after a few forced nibbles she ate some of it. But not while I was there.
Oh and I can't wait for the chart thank you!

Ok here it is:
One of the Holistic Ferret Mentors (mustelidmusk) came up with this guide. I would just count finely chopped meat the same as "ground" meat. When you progress to bigger meat pieces, count it as "meat chunks":
Wet Kibble: 4-8 hours Ground meat: 12 hours Freeze-dried Diet (served wet) 12 hours Commercial Raw frozen diet 12 hours Meat chunks: 16 hours Bone-in meat: 24 hours Whole prey (meat exposed): 24 hours Whole prey (no meat exposed) 36 hours Freeze-dried diet (served dry) Over 1 week (the primary concern is palatability rather than bacterial issues)

I appears to be that..instead of eating the chicken+kibble, Bonsai is just tossing it into the waterbowl or tossing it some where else.
Wait! I caught her eating last night! She ate almost all of her food last night! I think there's some improvement going on.
