Ok so I read where you can mix Neem oil and water for a flee/tick spray repellent. I just recieved the Neem oil in the mail today and was wondering what the mixture rate between neem oil and water is? I do not want to over do it nor waste any Neem Oil by putting in too much.

I use it, but I am still perfecting the ratios (I want a water base rather than alcohol which is what is used for a natural insect repellent for humans) But usually its a 10-1 ratio (1 being the neem obviously) But I have to put in a drop of soap in order for it to mix with the water
I am currently looking for an alternative to soap and still have a water mixture of the 2. But I ususally only put it on when we go outside so its not like the soap is on them all the time.
