This is how I spend the bulk of my time when I'm at the computer . I've actually become fairly proficient at one- handed typing!

Awwww! I have a feeling that my Gordie will be like that when he gets older. My only male critter and my only cuddle bunny. Why is it that the heavy ones are the ones that walk on your abdomen in the morning when you have to pee?

Both Calypso and Hermes want to be as near as possible when I'm on the computer. Since I eat in front of the computer a lot (it's just me and my bf so we don't have the best dinner manners), I have them mostly trained to stay away. It took me a month to teach Hermes to stop stealing food so I'm not letting all that hard work get undone!
The only thing more annoying than having a heavy cat plop on you when you're sleeping and need to pee... Is a little cat that gets on top of you and starts munching on fingers and ears! It's a major shocker and Hermes has been using that as his own special way of telling me it's mealtime.

Try having a young Siamese walk on you when you are trying to sleep. I would swear Herne had somehow taped pebbles to his paw pads. They hurt that much! As for Watson, in the above pic? He's only 4yrs old, and my lightest cat at 11lbs . The others weigh in at 12lbs, 14lbs, and 16lbs. The 16pounder used to weigh 21lbs before he became "elderly", at the age of 15! . My largest cat weighed in at 25lbs!

I totally understand. Hermes (my Snowshoe baby) is my lightest cat at 8 or 9 pounds.
Calypso at her heaviest was 21 pounds but is now down to 14. Adonis is my biggest guy at 18 pounds.
