I know that many do not feed kibble, but some still do... Please read this info www.wysong.net/wysong-vs-purina.php Purina is trying to force Wysone & other natural pet food producers to pay them a tax for using probiotics, due to a new patent they aquired, when Wysong & many others have been using probiotics in theor foods for a long time...long before Purina did & got their patent. It would cost these companies a lot of money to fight this & since Wysong is a family based company, they would not be able to go up against Purina, financially. Please sign the petition to prevent Purina from doing this, even if you do not use Wysong, it can/will affect the cost of many pet foods if they get away with it.

I signed, not just for Wysong but for all the responsible companies that use Probiotics in an effort to provide high quality kibble for those people afraid of raw. Its going to raise prices of those kibbles for consumers and then they have to buy the Purina crappola. Corporate bullying is simly unacceptable to me.

That's just ridiculous! Oh and surprise, surprise... Nestle is responsible. I've been boycotting them for years because of their formula-pushing tactics that are intended to undermine breastfeeding mothers. *signed*

I definitely signed! Wysong's is the only freeze dried food the fuzzes will eat. And Purina has just made certain I will boycott their products from now on.

I signed. BUT if it didnt come down to Wysong having to get rid of probiotics in the food, the pro-biotics can still be bought, no? I'm not sure. It seemed that essentially, any other company using probiotics in their pet food would have to pay Purina a tax, since they have a patent on it now (even if the other company had been using it long before Purina started). I haven't seen anything else on it, so I don't know for sure.
