"I-O." I may check that out. Having one freeze dried food would be handy in the event of an emergency. We have a generator at home, but if I move out, I'd definitely want something dry I can feed. Other sources around me I've discovered are pretty slim, but I can't beat the service at Pet People. I want to stop by the pet store in Delaware City to see what brands they have and can order. I think they closed the one in Sunbury (which is a SHAME because it was specifically for exotics). Willowood Animal Hospital in New Albany carries Primal and advocates raw--but sadly, serves only cats and dogs. Still, that would be the closest place to get food. Hopefully, I'll get out on my own and then I can add some RMBs to the mix, which would make things easier. Beekist and Perfects ought to have meats perfect for Paulie. Plus, I can hint to my cousin to see if she can sniff out meat deals with the local farmers. This is the place to get freezer beef or buy an animal from the fair for your meat needs. If I wind up in Boston next year, I'll have to come up with new sources for everything , though one would think there are some decent private pet supply stores in the city. I'm sure the North End has good places to get meats.

www.naturesvariety.com/tryit/It puts you on a coupon email list. If I read the coupon right, you may get a buy one get one free coupon once a year. You have to input the store that you use though. I just signed up, so there may be other manufacturer's coupons they send through the year.

Actually, Chinatown in Boston has some great prices on raw meats and interesting cuts of meat. Of course, you don't always know what yoou're getting hahaha. The North End I've never looked for markets in - in fact I rarely end up there. Too pricey! Also, Fanieul Hall's weekly market has lots of choices. I live about 40 minutes north and occasionally pop down there for some shopping - more during the summer than the winter to be fair. But I can assume there are some decent pet stores around, too, that will carry NV and Primal, so no worries there!
