Well when I mad the soup before they were eating raw it was a bit soupy and sometimes I added a few pieces of cooked chicken in it. Skunkers like it. Thomas just had the soupy duk soup. But when I make it with the raw food it is a bit chunkier, because of the ground meat. If that answers your question?

Yes, it does, thank you. At this point I'd like you to push forward with making the soupy chunkier. To get Thomas to try chunks you might have to mince them VERY fine, almost until they turn to mush. That is how I got my sams to start eating chunks. We started with super minced "mushy" chunks and then ever so slowly progressed to bigger chunks. I really want both of your boys to get started with chunks, so each time you make the soupy, make it ever so slightly chunkier then the previous soupy. Don't go too fast or little Thomas wont want to try it. Try to sneak this by under his radar

I just made the mixture a couple minutes ago of a small chicken breast raw, chicken gizzards and a heart raw, and crushed egg shell. I think I kept it in the blender too long and it came out kinda pasty with some chunks in it. I also added a bit of warm water then put it in the microwave for a few seconds and made it warm. They both did not really try it until I added some Furo Tone to it. And again Thomas would only try it from my finger and same with Skunkers. Then they both ate a little bit. So I will wait till later to see if their in the mood for it more. Question, does the egg shell have to be totally powder form?, because when I added it to the mixture in the blender I could still see it, but I crushed it up really small.

Just crush the eggshell as small as you can. If you can't get it into a perfect powder, that is fine What did the boys have to eat before you offered the new food? Its possible they could have just not been hungry. The challenge here is that we can't fast the boys because skunkers is insulinomic and fasting him could cause seriuos consquences. We will have to find a way to get them to try this without using hunger as a motivator. Don't worry, we'll figure this out.

While I was food shopping they were left in the cage with the kibble, but it seems they have been eating less of it.

So is it OK to give raw ground meat that has greens in it already? I just noticed tonight when I was cutting it up that it had produce in it. It smelled different. And just to add, they are both still only eating the meat with Duk Soup in it. Will it ever stop??

Has greens in it? Do you mean like green because the meat is going bad? Im confused. As for the meat in the duk soup, the key is to reduce the amount of duck soup you feed each day. Maybe by as little as half a teaspoon, but atleast its something. The key is to reduce the amount of duk soup (thus leaving only meat) but you cant do it too quickly otherwise they will refuse to eat. Starting tommorow measure out a specific amount of duk soup and a specific amount of meat. Each day after tommorow reduce the amount of duk soup you put in by 0.5-1 tsp. Progress may be slow, but atleast its progress

Its the Primal ground raw meat, they make just meat or meat with produce in it. I threw away the wrapper already so I cant tell u what kind of greens are in it. I would guess the meat is at least 85%-95% meat. Maye you can find that brand online and let me know if its OK

Oooooooh. Okay, I see. I think it should be okay as long as its less then 5% of the total product

What meats have you been putting out? Are these new flavors or ones he used to eat all the time?
