What are you favorite links that address natural diet and care for pets? Post em here! There are not that many articles that address ferret-specific natural diet/care, so most of the articles you post will probably be geared towards dogs and cats, but the info can still be applied to ferrets.

The Many Myths of Raw Feeding
I agree with some of these answers, and disagree with others. She (the author) can seem a bit fanatical at times, but she (for the most part) gives good, cited evidence to support her claims, just be sure to take it (and everything you read on any topic) with a grain of salt.

I think Bob Church's Diet 101 Series might be my favorite. I copied it all and put it into a word document since it was hard for me to read in the listserve format. It also means I can read from the top down, as opposed to the bottom up - and highlight things.

It's 10 years old, and still a great resource.

Beyond Vaccination is my favorite holistic pet care email list and there are some ferret owners/breeders on it, as well as dog and cat owners/breeders. This list really is a wealth of info on holistic care. Christie is sure to keep info fact based and does not tolerate misinformation being spread to support holistic care. The list is not anti-vaccination but rather pro-information on all aspects of holistic care.
