My friend has 3lbs of raw pork that she opened last Thursday and had it and just didn't think it tasted right, its been in her fridge ever since. I thought maybe I could use it for the ferrets? If I just stick it in the freezer for a few days to a week would it kill off anything bad and still be ok? I don't like pork enough myself to buy it, so this is a good opportunity to feed this to them without buying it myself.

It should still be fine provided it wasn't rotten when you tried it. Even if it was rotten I'd feed it to my dogs but I don't feel that ferrets systems are as strong as dogs.
Freezing it won't kill any bacteria.

if it smells off, or looks off I don't feed it That's not to say they won't eat their funky stashes, but I just don't feel right giving them tainted meat from the get go.

OK, thanks. I'll be checking out tonight. But so far, doesn't smell bad, we'll see what it looks like!
