Soooo...the boyfriend and I just set up a pretty nice little 20 gallon... It still needs some work, but we've got some plants in right now to start flourishing, and we have a couple fishies. As of now, we have... 2 male dwarf gouramis 1 male, 1 female goby (my faves!) 1 male, 1 female clown killifish and 3 dwarf corydoras, but I'm not sure as to the sex of any of them... Anyway, here they are The male clown killifish The female goby One of the gouramis A cory Our tank (before the powerful light and algae treatments) It will look much better soon..but this is the beginning, so I'm super excited. Ive never had a fish tank before!

That looks like a nice setup! Looking forward to the finished pix! Fish are so soothing, and fascinating for ferrets!
Cheers, Kim

Wow that looks nice. I have been on the hunt for a nice fifteen gallon tank. I only now have a blue crayfish and some weird catfish. I cant keep fish in their with them because it is only a 5 and a half gallon so they keep catching every fish and eating them. I dont want to get rid of them. I was going to stick to only blue fish. That is hard to do, not many of them come in that color. I look everyday at my job when we get new ones. And the other thing I hate is I cant keep live plants in the tank because the crayfish digs them up and eats them. But the fish you have are very pretty in color. Nice job

I love the set up! The live plants make it took so beautiful. I have a 35ish gallon tank with 4 gold fish and a pleco. I would like to have live plants but my fish always make a huge mess with them. The live plants really make a huge difference!
