I hand mix: 1pound ground chicken 3 cute up chicken hearts 3 cut up chicken gizzards
I separate it into 4 servings. When ready to serve I hand mix in a whole egg:) They LOVE it!

Add 1tsp of ground egg shell powder and you will have a reasonably balanced soupy mix ciao

I'd throw in 1-2 chicken livers too (plus that eggshell) and then your soupy mix will really have a good balance to it
