that what we were doing today. 2 pabbits one for stew pot one for ferret (dh cut open bladder on accident) 2 ducks for ferret (old and tough) and 2 turkeys 1 for us one for sis and bil that helped. plus i picked out what organs I wanted and the hearts for my ferret to eat. we still have a bunch if geese and some roosters to do but that can wait a doay or two

While I may not butcher animals anymore(was raised on a farm ), I still have to gut and skin rabbits for mine Sounds like yours are going to have a feast

I used to raise and butcher new zealands kinda wish I haddent sold my set up it was nice. I'd keep 4 does and 1 buck. Butchering rabbits is quick and easy as they skin out like peeling off catfish skin lol. We butchered our own hog a while back now that was a real pain. But one things for sure there's nothing like knowing what your eating.
