Sadie seems to actually be enjoying her food. So nice to see! She still has a few days of antibiotic, hoping this lasts.
Zeke likes his meat on a string LOL I hung a quail in the cage and zeke went to town on it. LOL

AWesome.... whats next?? so i can be prepared. lol
I'm thinking of limiting Sadie to just one meat for a bit. SHe had a runny poop again last night. ? Nothing else has changed in her diet and still on antibiotics, it's also been a bit more of a struggle to get her to eat today. Though the limiting is difficult as today i caught her eating the boys mixture... which is good but only if it's not the food that is causing her loose stools. I'm at a lost as to what else to try with her. The vet found nothing concrete wrong, and gave antibiotics as a just in case cover your bases treatment.

Tried Chicken feet, neka ate the toes that was it. I`m not thrilled with them, as neka also managed to stash one under the tv cabinet and it`s to heavy to move need to wait till tomorrow to get help. Sadie good today.

I wonder if it's IBS? Does she do better with the pumpkin in her food every day? If it's a food allergy we could do an elimination diet if you can keep her from eating the boys' food. I know that would be tough, but it would probably be the easiest way to figure out if it's a food sensitivity. I think our next big step is figuring out how to make sure everyone is getting a balanced diet without making you crazy.

Thats what I was thinking too. Thats why i switched her to just chicken. Though I think the soup has duck in it. I have to make some this weekend I`ll do just chicken.
I`ve looked through the ibs thread but its`way too long to make heads or tails of... the one thing i noticed is it seems to be chicken that is often the irratant... is this so? should i start with a different protein? And while doing this can I still give her liver/kidney?
She is still getting pumpkin (almost a full ice cube) and kefir in her mix. Tomorrow is her last day of antibiotics. Her appetite has been good, and stools as well.
OY balanced diet, already gone crazy LOL I have a list on the fridge but got new meats that are not on it so only loosely been following it.
To make it easy could i do two days a week with organs and one with liver? As well can i do bone meats or bone meal everyday?

Chicken could definitely be an irritant. If that's your suspicion, cut that out of her diet for two weeks and see what happens. Will she eat a couple of other types of meats happily? Try limiting her to 1 or 2 meats for a week, see how the poops are, add another meat the following week, etc.
What animals' liver and kidney are you feeding?
Yes, two days of organs and one day of liver sounds good. You could split that up even more if it's making Sadie's poops too loose.
Bone every day is a good thing. Back off if the poops seem too dry and hard. My girls split a fourth of a jumbo quail each day to give you an idea. My girls may be small compared to your boys of course (1 lb 14 oz & 2 lbs 4 oz).
It would be wonderful if we could figure out what's making her little belly sick. If it's just one protein that she's sensitive to that would be such an easy fix! My Fierra gets green poops from rabbit. Tried three different sources and had the same result each time. So she just doesn't eat rabbit!

Oh and keep up with the kefir for at least the same amount of time that she was on the antibiotics once she's done with this course. She needs to rebuild all of her good gut bacteria.

I`m not sure if it`s the chicken. I have soup with chicken and ground chicken with bone, so i`m going to limit her to that, then add something new in a few weeks? see how she does. The liver... I dont believe i have any chicken liver, too hard to find. I do have pork, duck and beef liver. chicken heart/gizzards, chicken feet, wings but no liver. other organs i have lamb spleen, and beef kidney. She is still on the kefir. Today, because I knew we would be gone all day and she didn't eat much before we left, I but her in a separate cage with her food(too keep the boys from gobbling it up). She ate almost everything I left which is great but I did notice that she had twice as much poop today as the two boys combined did? Does that seem excessive? I finally tracked down some powered taurine to give them. I know they get some daily in their soup/meat mixes, but how much can/should i give of the power?

Hmmm... Write down each day what she's eating. Maybe for this week, skip the organs all together and see what happens. Then next week let's try adding liver from one source and skip the kidney. Then the next week we'll add kidney from one source. And so on.
Poop... hmmm... she is making us think hard, isn't she? Maybe it's just part of her recovery, purging the bad stuff from her gut. Was it especially stinky or seedy or weird colored or anything?
I don't use powdered taurine, but those who do add a pinch a day to meals. You can't overdo taurine. Anything their body doesn't need they'll pee out.

Yes she is making us think. The poop in the litter yesterday was on the better side for her, normal shape. Some darker some pumpkin like. She did have a seedy poop or two on the antibiotics. Now she finished the antibiotics on sat. Last night and today runny yellowish stinky poops. Not as bad as before, but i think it is also coming on quick for her as she is again not making it all the way down to the litter box. Nothing else has changed, she is getting the same food she's gotten the last two weeks. I can't comment on sleep changes yet but will let you know.
