Hmm could you possibly get a biopsy done on the lump or an xray? I think him being throwing up could be related.
Haha yeah that is a bit difficult. If it means Two will have more to eat, separating him at night is probably better than him not getting enough food.
Let me know if she still likes the beef as much ;]!

They're having the sample they drew sent to a lab so I have to wait to see what that's all about. I almost wish they just removed it and sent it out but. :/ Waiting for the ground beef to defreost. BTW: The lump moves with the skin and isn't one of the lymph nodes. He has no other noticeable ones around his body. Mink has snubbed the beef tonight. I tried putting a couple of small drops of tone on it. still snubbed it. Tried putting some in her mouth. it got the spit treatment. I think she snuck into the kibble.... brat >.>;

Still no interest. She was more interested in trying to hoard my pants under the bed. BTW my pants were still on my legs.... Time to try again tomorrow. I've had horrible luck sofar.. Weasel has no interest as well. I need to get another litterbox so I can separate them properly through the night. They keep finding ways into the kibble Weasel found all the stuff TWO is dropping underneath the cage and Mink decided it was a good idea to stash abunch of stuff under the bed. I've not gotten a response from the vet but they told me to give TWO 1/4th of a 10mm tablet of pepsid. D: Any suggestions on how to get that down him? he's decided to make a sport of how far he can spit it out.

Ok, so you're making soupies with the meat right? Have you tried scruffing them and rubbing some of the soup on their gums? They may not like you for it, but it'll help them get used to the taste and then they'll love you for it, lol! Ferrets are too sneaky for their own good . I bet Two has made a deal with Weasel to drop kibble under the cage, so Weasel can have some haha ! Hmm usually I put stuff like that in meat, to get it down my ferrets. Maybe you could soak the kibble and sneak the pill in their somewhere? Or you could smash it up and sprinkle it on top of the kibble. Putting ferretone on it and then putting it in his mouth might work, too.

The soupie didn't go over so well today either. Did the rubbing on the gums thing. Got a lot of gagging and dirty looks. Didn't try doing that with TWO. He hasn't thrown up since going back on kibble but has shown the signs of nausea... :/ It's really freaking hard to keep the other two kibble free. -.-

Well I think the best thing to do is just keep trying or find a meat that they really like.
With Two I think you should probably wait to start feeding him raw. I know it's a pain, but it's better than him throwing him up all the time. Once the vet contacts you and if he's not throwing up anymore, you could try again. But he may need some more tests, just to make sure he's ok.
Ha yeah I understand. I switched all of my ferrets at different times. Instead of letting my ferrets have food all day I fed them meals of kibble in a separate area.

Yea I've been making sure they keep getting tastes of the beef Leery of the chicken but I might go back to it since mink actually ate it on her own and TWO's being separated at night now. The chicken made their poops look sooooo nice if poops can look nice. TWO's tail also smelled like grape soda while he was on it... Is that normal!? o.O Pardon if there are mistakes in my typing I'm really tired. haha. Om nom nom Mink suddenly likes beef again once I put a little bit of tone over it. I know I have to phase that out eventually but if it gets her to eat for now... meh

Haha yeah my ferrets have "nice" and "bad" poops. If you think chicken will get Mink to eat, go for it.
I've heard of ferrets' tails smelling like grape soda, lol! None of mine have ever had that, but I think it's ok.
Yay!! As long as she's eating then it's all good, lol! How about Weasel? What's he been eating?

Mink is eating the beef like a champ but admittedly that's with tone squirted on top of it. Chicken tomorrow as she would eat that plain. Weasel is still being stubborn and only licking little bits off my finger tips at a time but I try doing that every couple of hours just to keep food in him. I found a HUUUUUUGE pack of chicken wings on sale for 1 dollar a pound so I gave them that for dinner. Yaaaay Mink gnawed the tip off all on her own and is intermittently munching away. I shredded the wing up on the bone and wasel is licking it... tentatively... and giving me evil looks.

Haha as long as she's eating!
Yep, all you can do is just keep trying!
That's awesome! And at least Weasel is trying, haha!

Haha Mink ate about half the entire wing last night unless weasel helped. Weasel found where I keep the kibble and is staring at it forlornly and trying to dig his way in. I think someone be hungry.

I got the call back from the vet. NO CANCER CELLS!! YAY!!!! The throwing up hasn't really stopped though. It's usually once a day. The vet is giving me meds to help with the nausea. Sad.

Haha little chunk, lol! Babies usually eat more, but it's the opposite for my ferret Marley. Unless she ate more than 1/2 a cup of kibble a day (plus the meat and eggs I feed her!) when she was younger, lol! And she only weighs about 1.5 pounds!
lol, Silly boy. If he still won't eat any meat and is really hungry, you could try taking kibble and soaking it in water plus blood or meat juices. Or mix the soup in with the kibble. That way he can get the taste of it better.
So glad it's not cancer! I am still worried about the throwing up though. It could be some kind of bacteria or blockage...If the meds don't help in a few days an x-ray and/or blood work should probably be done.

He won't eat any on his own but if I hand feed him and let him sit on my lap he'll eat. I have to scruff him for the first bite though Been feeding him regularly and making sure he gets food down his stubborn stubborn throat. Still have a looooong way to go.
