Hmmm....can you maybe mix the two together? The chicken and mouse....maybe then she will be more tempted to eat the mouse?

Argh, Not well at ALL. Gosh, Lizzie is as stubborn as an ox. But, Wow, Did she surprise me, I walked in there and she was up on the bench eating cat food! It's like one of those picnic bench/tables and Omg.. That was so weird to see, I can't believe she jumped up there. She did it twice too.. She must have been hungry, But she did NOT want to eat the chicken OR the mouse. ><><>< And, I cut up that mouse.. Ahh, >< I'm not happy with her right now, Lol, Its a good thing she's cute. Ahh..
Well, I guess tonight I'll just give her cut-up chicken breast.. In the beginning it looked like this would be moderately 'easy'..But alas.. This is not going to be easy at all.. -_-

Hang in there! I think you are doing great. I mean, come on. How many people do you know (outside of here) that would cut up a mouse for their feline friend? You are right about trying just the chicken tonight. Sometimes we have to take a small step back today in order to make the bigger leap tomorrow. We may be moving a bit too fast for her, and that is fine. We will just alter our pace a bit.

Awwh, Your so sweet, Jaycee.. That really made me feel better. NO ONE is the answer, Hahh, Cause I'm insane. |D Yeah, I'll sparingly place a couple mouse parts in there tonight. See how it goes, Lol...Sounds so wrong.

Slow going. I'm still trying to get her to eat anything besides the wet cat food. She has no intention in eating any whole prey at all. She just holds out for the cat food. She knows I wont let her starve. >< It's frustrating..

Well, We got some chicken for Lizzie. She actually eats the breast. So, She'll be good for awhile. I just don't know how to go about switching her to whole. >< Even if she takes the bait of diced mice Will she ever use her instincts to just be a carnivore and tear it apart when it's whole? I hope so...

I think so. Like they say, you can take the cat out of nature, but you can't take nature out of the cat! Any how, keep going with the chicken and slowly try to larger pieces. She will get the hang of it!
