Ok, I'll go the store tomorrow probably after I pick up my check, try to find some chicken livers (I can probably find sheep kidney/liver too... would that be ok?) Should I just pick up what's on sale?

Sheep livers work too! As long as it kidneys or livers it's fine.

I got some beef livers and put it in their bowls, they haven't touched it yet. Will update!

Great!! Organs can be a bit harder for them to get used to, but once they're eating them (this is with my ferrets) they love them!! It's Ollie favorite meat!

They didn't touch it (well, Molly had a taste but wasn't into it, easily distracted) and ended up having to waste most of it. I only put half of what I had in there, will try again tomorrow, I put some chicken in their bowls for now though so they could have *something* to eat. I am too soft. Gonna try to bread the livers with crushed kibble, hope that works. Also, I've found out that Molly freaking LOVES chicken baby food so I've been trying to teach her name with it (calling her and then giving her a lick of it off my fingers). This also gets her to climb all over me which is hilarious and I love it, trying to reinforce that humans are good and fun to play with. Leopold isn't interested in the baby food. When they're out at play they don't pay attention to me much so I'm just trying to get some good experiences in. Is there anything I can do to make the bonding "faster"? lol I know I am being impatient. I love these guys so much and just wish they seemed interested in me beyond "Hey! You're the person who lets us out!" and "Hey! Food!" It's only been a month or so though so I should relax... I know... That and I guess since they are kids they definitely won't be interested in me for a while, huh? Well any help is appreciated to help me understand these little guys. They are hilarious and the little lights of my life nowadays.

Alrighty!! Don't feed TOO much baby food, lol! We it's only been a month, so it may take them a while for them to settle down. Just try playing with them with your hands or a toy. When they're sleeping or worn out, pet them and talk really softly to them. Something else you can try is grooming their face with a wet cloth when they've settled down. This is what they're mommy would do :]! It'll come! Just spend time with them and love them :]! It's amazing how they steal our hearts so quickly isn't it?

LOL, yes that's the worst thing!! I just switched bedrooms and there was old poo under the bed! Yuck! Hmm if they don't eat any of the liver try putting the chicken into the liver blood/juice/stuff (lol)! I guess all ferrets are different as my Ember hates liver, but Ollie and Chewie love it!

Sorry, it's been a busy few days. They are eating liver now (both of them), been feeding chicken with bone in (nice big pieces now, can also feed whole wings). They are both eating. I bought some ground pork. Is that ok to try to feed them?

Also... what kind of balance should I be feeding them? Can you provide me with an overview of how their weekly diet should be?

Hey!! I'm glad they're eating whole chicken wings and liver now!! Ground meat is ok, but it's not the best to feed. While switching them though it's great! If you have to feed ground, then that's fine :]! Alright this is what a weekly diet should look like:
4 days a RMB's (necks, wings, legs, etc. the bones shouldn't be huge like backs), 2 days of boneless meat (pork, beef, chicken, turkey, duck, hearts, gizzards etc. anything that isn't seasoned), and 1 day of organs (liver and/or kidney). Here's a good example of what a week should look like:
Monday: Chicken Wings Tuesday: Turkey Necks Wednsday: Chicken Legs Thursday: Turkey Necks Friday: Beef Saturday: Pork Sunday: Pork liver
By no means does it have to be exactly like that. Just make sure that you are feeding them 3+ different kinds of meat on a weekly basis!
Our next (and last step!) is to get them eating at least two different kinds of meat. We'll start with the ground pork you got and after that you can get whole pork or whole beef (boneless). Any meat you like! Preferably not ground, but either way it'll work! Let me know how they do!

3 different kinds? Ok. I can just eat the ground pork ^_^ I'll go ahead and grab them some more stuff at the store once I'm there. They've got some chicken legs for right now ;P I'm glad this has been mostly painless
