I'm going to start 'The Ferret Eating Monster Bed' in 2 weeks, [[We're re-modeling a room these following weeks]] But as soon as I'm finished (2-3 day sewing job, maybe ;3) I'll upload snapshots of the Monster and Stewart! c8 I can't wait to make it, Hahh. It's going to be VERY scrappy because I'm going to use the fabrics I already have. It will be more of a 'rough draft' so I can get the pattern down. ;3

The Ferret Eating Monster Bed doesn't have a page list for materials and measurements, So I went though the Tut and listed everything out. Here it is, for those of you who want an easy way to get that information: If anyone can turn this into yardage, That'd be aweome, But I won't be able to do that until I actually go out and buy the fabric, Lol. x3 FABRICS20in x 14in(BACK) 4in x 28in (Hanging Loops) 3in Circles (EYES) 10in x 20in (SIDE) 1 yard 11in x 12in (BELLY) 4in x 16in (LIPS) 40in x 16in (LEGS, FEET) INTER-FACING12in x 10in (INNER BACK) 1/2 yard 11in x 12in (BELLY) 40in x 16in (LEGS, FEET) [/u]FELT[/u] 4in x 14in (SPIKES) OTHERChalk (To draw lines on Felt) Marker (To draw lines on Fabric) Scissors Polyfill 2 Buttons (EYES)

Ok, let me see if I can get you some yardages here. Been awhile since I've played around with fabrics, but here goes.
Fabric basically comes in two sizes, 45 inches and 60 inches wide. Fleece, upholstery, and drapery fabric (as well as most furs and some satins) are 60 inches wide and cottons, prints, and most flannels are 45. Since it is the smaller measurement, I'll give approximations for 45 inch wide material.
I'm not sure what the 1 yard notation in the middle of this list is for, but ignoring that if you want to make all of these parts the same color then you should only need one yard of material. (I didn't take the time to draw out the rectangles and piece them together, so you may need to use some creative arranging to make it work, however just from eyeballing the numbers it looks like a yard will do, if you're worried then get a little extra.)
If you want a multi-colored monster the back, sides, and hanging loop will need 3/4 of a yard and the belly, lips, legs, and feet will take another 3/4 of a yard. If you want any other combination of colors, just get a yard of each and make some coordinating bedding or toys from the scraps.
This part is more difficult because interfacing comes in several different widths. We will again ignore the 1/2 yard notation in the middle of the list. If your interfacing is 16 inches wide, then you will need to get 1 3/4 yards. If your interfacing is 40 inches wide then you will only need 3/4 of a yard. If you plan to make any thing else in the future which will need interfacing, go ahead and round up (especially if it is an odd width). Don't forget to read through the instructions again before you go... interfacing comes in sew in and iron on and at least 4 different weights so you'll want to have a good idea of what you are looking for before you leave the house.
Felt is really wide, just get 1/8 of a yard and you'll have plenty.
If you don't know exactly what fabrics you want to make this from, don't forget to look in the stores scrap / remnant bin. These are shorter pieces of fabric (usually 3/4 yard or less) and generally half the cost.
For those of you in the parts of the world who measure in meters, just go ahead and use the yardage fractions. A meter is not very much larger than a yard so at worst you'll have a little left over.
Hmm, well not bad for my first post using quotes... now I just need a siggy *sigh*
